Working Hours: 10am – 6pm, 16 hours per week
Vita Student's next-level apartment design offers a variety of studios to suit our students' lives, providing privacy or shared living options. We offer style, luxury, and comfort surrounded by premium amenities and vibrant city life. We are expanding our housekeeping team with an experienced Housekeeper to deliver a luxury, home-from-home cleaning service for our residents’ studio apartments while maintaining our premium site and facilities to the highest standards.
Our Housekeepers
Provide an exceptional, personalized room cleaning service to students, ensuring their studios are maintained to a clean, healthy, and presentable standard. Working according to designated schedules, duties include, but are not limited to: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, antibacterial cleaning of surfaces, and making beds.
* Ensure facilities are respected and well-maintained by students and guests.
* Maintain the upkeep of our premium site and facilities.
* Be available to resolve issues or challenges that may arise.
* Act as a point of contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
* Manage waste areas in compliance with health and safety regulations, addressing hazards as needed.
* Use a smartphone or tablet to record and manage each studio clean, including photographing before and after cleaning.
* Report any concerning behavior of students indicating welfare issues.
* Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate needs to the Assistant Residence Manager or Residence Manager; assist in stock ordering.
* Follow COSHH regulations to ensure safety when using cleaning chemicals.

Professional Experience
* Experience in large, multi-room residence facilities, hotels, or hospitals.
* Technologically proficient with various systems and software.
* Good understanding of COSHH regulations and practices.
