Property Lawyer / Conveyancer - Exmouth - 2+ Years PQE
Location: Exmouth (with hybrid flexibility where possible)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full time or Part time
Salary: £40,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
A well established South West law firm is seeking a Property Lawyer or Conveyancer to join its busy Residential Property team in Exmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Practitioner with 2+ years' PQE to take on a varied caseload within a supportive and friendly environment.
The firm operates across multiple offices in the region and is known for delivering high quality legal services to both private and business clients. Staff are supported with flexibility, competitive remuneration, generous holiday allowances and a strong benefits package.
The Role
You will manage a broad range of residential property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Re mortgages
* New build transactions
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
* Ensuring files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
* Contributing to a collaborative and client focused team culture
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a property specialist with:
* 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
* Excellent client care skills and a professional, approachable manner
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using legal case management systems
* A proactive, motivated and team oriented approach
