Employment Type: Agency
Pay Rate: 28.92 PAYE exclusive of holiday pay or 37.03 LTD inclusive of holiday pay
Responsibilities
* Conducting comprehensive assessments for adults requiring social services.
* Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Providing expert advice and support to vulnerable adults and their families.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements.
* Ensuring that all safeguarding procedures, including Adults Barred List checks, are meticulously followed.
* Upholding safeguarding standards and promoting client welfare at all times.
* Managing caseloads efficiently to meet service targets and deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
* Valid DBS clearance (please confirm whether a standard or enhanced check is required).
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures, especially Adults Barred List checks.
* Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC).
* Strong assessment and report-writing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience working within social services or related fields is preferred.
