This is a hands-on technical leadership role, responsible for ensuring compliance with UK legislation, customer standards, and third-party certifications, while driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead site food safety, quality, and legal compliance (incl. BRCGS). Maintain HACCP, allergen management, traceability, and labelling controls. Manage third-party, customer, and regulatory audits. Oversee complaints, investigations, and corrective actions. Manage supplier approval and raw material compliance. Ensure strong GMP, hygiene standards, and environmental monitoring. Support recall and incident management processes.
