Role Overview: As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that engage and motivate pupils, supporting their academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 2 pupils Assess, record, and report on student progress, offering constructive feedback Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance educational outcomes Participate in ongoing CPD opportunities to refine your practice What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous experience teaching Year 2 or supporting early primary learners Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs Confidence using educational technology to support learning Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
