Night Reservations Co-ordinator
Working hours: Tuesday to Friday, 20:00pm - 06:30am
£19 per hour
Contract: Temporary - approximately 3 months (flexibility required, as duration may vary)
The Role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Night Reservations Co-ordinator to join our Night Team on a temporary basis. This role plays a critical part in supporting our operations by ensuring email enquiries are accurately prioritised, processed, and allocated during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities of this Night Reservations Co-ordinator
Monitor and manage email queues, ensuring accurate prioritisation to support smooth operational delivery.
Handle each email with speed and accuracy, following departmental enquiry standards.
Assess individual guest requirements and convert emails into CRM enquiries.
Streamline communication trails by linking related emails into single enquiries where appropriate.
Allocate enquiries fairly and impartially to the most appropriate and/or available Reservations Specialist, using judgement alongside Team Leader guidelines.
Liaise closely with Team Leaders and Reservations Specialists at shift changes and end of day to ensure continuity and clarity.What We're Looking For Night Reservations Co-ordinator

Ability to work independently and make sound judgements, particularly during night shifts.
