Job Description
1. Lead project teams through all phases of construction.
2. Develop, monitor, and update project timelines, identifying deliverables and responsible team members.
3. Create and manage owner contracts and subcontracts in alignment with project scope.
4. Oversee all financial aspects of projects, including bidding, estimating, change orders, pay applications, and invoices.
5. Quickly and professionally resolve any project issues, taking responsibility and mobilizing necessary parties.
6. Maintain effective communication with all team members, leading regular project meetings.
7. Ensure successful project closure, including punch list completion and final billings.
8. Cultivate project leads through professional relationships with owners and the design community.
9. Participate in proposal presentations, representing our company's vision, mission, and expertise.

The Successful Applicant
10. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
11. Minimum 3-5 years of project management or similar experience, preferably in general contracting.
12. LEED accreditation is a plus
13. Understanding of general contracting and project life cycles.
14. Proficiency in reading architectural plans and specifications.
15. Strong estimating and technical writing skills.
16. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
17. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and exercise sound judgment.
18. Motivated and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
19. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
20. Proficiency in relevant software, including spreadsheets, project scheduling applications, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Apple devices.
