You will be working for a well-established education provider in the Sutton area.

Your new role

Reporting to the head of facilities, you will be taking on a dynamic and key role, overseeing the delivery of supporting the smooth operation of the facilities and systems:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance of the administration system.
2. Assisting with system user setup, contractor details, and training.
3. Uploading contractor documents for servicing and maintenance.
4. Management of stock levels as well as organising the ordering of supplies.
5. Working with contractors to get quotes, checking and raising POs and coordinate service/engineering works.
6. Support with general administrative duties as needed.



What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you should have:

7. Strong organisational andmunication skills.
8. A proactive, detail-oriented approach.
9. Experience with administration or facilities systems.
10. Please note that due to the education setting, you will be required to successfully obtain a DBS certificate.


What you'll get in return

Apetitive rate is on offer up to £16 per hour.
