7. Working Hours:
8. Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM
9. 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM ()
10. Total: 42.75 hours per week
11. Lunch Break: 1 hour
12. Holiday Entitlement: 22 days + 8 standard bank holidays

Duties of a Vehicle Parts Advisor with our Client:
16. Administering parts orders efficiently.
17. Identifying customer parts requirements.
18. Liaising with the Accident Repair Workshop & Mechanical Wokshops
19. Ensuring Stock is controlled effectively & stored in an orderly fashion.
20. Ensuring all company policies and industry guidelines are adhered to for compliance purposes.
21. Liaising with the Workshop Technicians and assisting with parts sourcing.
22. Parts Pricing & completing electronic health checks.
What our client expects of their Parts Advisors:
23. Parts or Service experience with a Vehicle Dealership would be highly beneficial.
24. Good sales skills & customer service experience.
25. CDK / Kerridge Experience is beneficial but not essential.
26. Microcat Parts look up & Superservice experience would be beneficial
27. IT literacy is essential.
28. Technical knowledge of vehicles, and vehicle parts is helpful, enabling to answer customer queries.
29. Good organisational skills.
30. A great team player.
31. A personable approach to customers and fellow staff members.
