The job itself
Information: NJC SCP 11 £28,142 (this will be pro-rota for term time only working).
In this vital role, you will work closely with the SENCO to coordinate and deliver high-quality SEN provision across the school. You'll support pupils, families, and staff, manage key administrative processes (including EHCPs, annual reviews, and referrals), and help lead a team of Teaching Assistants. Your work will directly contribute to raising achievement and promoting inclusion for all learners.
