What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by:
* Building and managing relationships with existing clients on volume accounts - understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Working closely with our sourcing and delivery consultants to ensure we are identifying the best candidates for each position and offering a great candidate experience
* Managing the full recruitment process - from job briefing to offer negotiation and aftercare.
* Delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Driven and ambitious - thrives in a fast-paced environment, predominantly freelance market with experience of external hiring and familiar with the Detachering model.
* A strong communicator - confident in engaging with clients and candidates and building lasting relationships.
* Organised and proactive - able to manage multiple accounts and recruitment processes effectively.
* A team player - works collaboratively to achieve the best results.
* Passionate about technology – with experience of IT recruitment.
* Dutch fluency - native / business fluent Dutch language proficiency.
