Service Support Officer (M365)

The Post:
This post is to provide service support duties to the national M365 operational team in provision of existing supported products like Teams, Exchange, InTune, Azure, identity, SMS and mail relay to NHS boards across Scotland.
Working with operational service managers and technical support colleagues, you will support the team and boards to ensure services remain stable, well managed in line with customer (NHSS) SLAs with a focus on continued service improvements.
The Candidate:
Applications are invited from individuals who have strong customer focus and communication skills.
You will be expected to deliver a high standard of service provision to a number of complex stakeholder groups across NHSS, you must be organised and have experience of working within a team of multi skilled individuals.
Experience of providing service support using ITIL methodologies at national level is extremely advantageous.
Location and Working Pattern:
Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NSS
