This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our workforce in the newly established Supplementary Staffing Team. The Supplementary Staffing Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the systems used by the team are well maintained and hold accurate information.
This is 2 fixed term post for 12 months from start date.
1 x 20hpw and 1 x 17hpw
The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and will be able to maintain this whilst working to tight deadlines.
Our team operate in a hybrid manner, the successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home or in the office. In person presence is required so this post cannot be worked on a fully remote basis.
The successful candidates will be provided with a robust training programme on day one to support them to gain an understanding of NHS Scotland working practices and the processes followed by the Supplementary Staffing Team.
