We are hiring a PMO Project Manager to both lead and support the successful execution of key digital projects and strengthen project governance practices.
This role is responsible for managing internal projects and programs across the Digital Solutions portfolio, while also overseeing governance frameworks, resource planning, and reporting standards through tools such as Smartsheet.
The ideal candidate will blend strategic oversight with hands-on delivery capabilities, collaborating with functional leaders, business stakeholders, and regional teams to drive execution discipline, portfolio visibility, and consistent delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of digital transformation projects and programs, ensuring alignment with Sales & Marketing’s Digital Roadmap.
* Manage cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives that modernize technology capabilities and support strategic priorities.
* Support and oversee PMO governance processes, including project intake, prioritization, and portfolio reporting to ensure transparency and alignment.
* Responsible for project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and maintain standardized methodologies across all initiatives.
* Track project performance, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and benefits realization against agreed milestones and objectives.
* Drive portfolio-level coordination to ensure interdependencies are managed across the digital ecosystem.
* Collaborate with Digital Solutions leadership to shape and continuously improve PMO practices and frameworks.
* Facilitate resource planning, demand management, and capacity planning to enable effective execution of digital initiatives.
* Partner with IT, business, and regional teams to ensure transformation outcomes meet business needs and deliver measurable value.
Desired Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry
* Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs across Sales, Supply Chain, and Production functions
* Demonstrated experience managing digital transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise strategic goals
* Prior involvement in ERP (preferably Infor M3), enterprise reporting, or digital solution deployments is highly desirable
* Experience establishing and operating a PMO or contributing to portfolio governance frameworks
* Strong understanding of digital strategy, application lifecycle management, and IT-business alignment
* Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms)
* Skilled in resource planning, risk management, and benefit realization tracking
* Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models
* PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across levels
