As Salesforce Product Manager, youll take full ownership of a platform that directly shapes customer journeys, internal efficiency, and overall service quality. Youll be the person connecting vision to delivery defining the roadmap, aligning stakeholders, and making sure every improvement genuinely moves the needle.
The role is based in Sheffield on a hybrid basis but remote working with occasional onsite presence will be considered for the right candidate.

What youll be doing as Salesforce Product Manager
1. Own and evolve the Salesforce Service Cloud product roadmap
2. Work with stakeholders across customer service, operations and digital teams to understand priorities
3. Translate business and user needs into clear features and delivery backlogs
4. Define user stories, acceptance criteria and priorities to maximise customer value
