The Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment works, including:
Carpentry
Patch repairs
Painting & decorating
General property maintenance
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Multi-Trades Person
CSCS card is essential
Ability to work independently and manage your workload
Full UK driving licence
Own tools preferred
Good communication and problem-solving skills
