Job description
* Apply Group Policies related to Equal Opportunities, Environment, Health & Safety, and Quality.
* Advise customers about new products, solutions, and services.
* Provide personalized attention and visits to customers to understand their needs and offer solutions.
* Coordinate with customer service to monitor orders, claims, planning visits, and contact with customers.
* Participate in defining new customer search strategies and prospecting.
* Propose and monitor sales forecasts.
* Develop account plans and stakeholder analysis for customers and oversee them.
* Promote health and safety best practices.
* Attend meetings with customer service, Sales Manager, and team members.
* Stay updated on technical characteristics of products to advise customers effectively.
* Assist in planning commercial activities with the Sales Manager.
* Gather customer information to maintain databases and monitor competitors, prices, and new products.
* Follow management guidelines regarding prices, minimum orders, and production qualities.
* Handle orders, including regular, new, or modified references.
* Maintain customer working platforms aligned with business needs.
* Aim to maintain and exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop profitable best practices.
