As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with senior managers to support training, recruitment, and team management across various campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.

* Monitor progress across four different campaigns and offer insights to improve team efficiency and productivity.
