Location: Salisbury
Salary: £37,500–£39,500 (rising by £1,000 at 6 & 12 months)

Join as a Disability Assessor in a structured clinical role with clear progression and no shift work.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct disability assessments via telephone, video, or face-to-face.
Assess how physical, mental health, and cognitive conditions impact daily living and mobility.
Review medical evidence and complete structured clinical assessments.
Produce clear, objective reports to support benefit decisions.
Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team using modern digital systems.
Paid Training:
12 weeks of fully paid, structured training (assessment skills, DWP guidance, report writing).
Who Can Apply (Must Have All):
Registered Nurse, OT, Physio, Paramedic or Pharmacist
Minimum 1 year post-registration experience (adult setting)
NMC / HCPC registered
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Strong clinical knowledge and written communication skills
Confident IT skills and ability to work across multiple systems
