Marketing Executive (CLM) – Fixed Term Contract
Location: Hemel (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office/on-site)
Contract Type: 3-month Fixed Term Contract
Day Rate: £200-£250 per day
Reports To: Head of CLM / CLM Manager
Role Overview
Join a leading leisure and hospitality brand during their peak summer period to support customer engagement campaigns and drive revenue growth. As a Marketing Executive, you'll be executing targeted CLM campaigns through email, push notifications, and SMS, with a strong focus on mobile app engagement. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Content Creation: Assist in delivering CLM campaigns across email, app push notifications, and SMS, aligning content with commercial goals.
Data‑Driven Campaign Support: Use customer data to build, optimise, and A/B test campaigns. Help with performance reporting and analysis.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design teams, and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time.
Administrative Support: Manage campaign calendars, quality‑check campaign builds, and contribute to agile campaign creation during busy periods.
What You’ll Help Deliver
* Growth in activity and food & beverage revenue
* Boosted app adoption and F&B ordering
* Positive guest experience through timely, effective communication
* Previous experience in high‑volume B2C marketing environments
* Hands‑on experience with CRM/email marketing platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused attitude
* Ability to work at pace and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Experience with CDP/ESP platforms (Bloomreach preferred)
* Familiarity with A/B testing, app‑based marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
* Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation
