This building materials / construction supply company has a current turnover of around £20m and ambitious plans to double in size within the next three years. They are seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy, shape operations, and partner closely with the leadership team.
Responsibilities
* Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and modelling
* Provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions
* Optimise cash flow, working capital and cost control to fuel growth
* Build and lead a finance team that can scale with the business
* Manage relationships with banks, auditors and other external stakeholders
