New Homes Sales Negotiator : 3 days a week — Location: Truro. Salary: GBP36,700 pro rata. Contract type: Fixed term contract. Hours: Three days a week (Flexible days to suit you).

Our client is a provider of affordable retirement housing, and they manage over 20,000 properties. This site has shared ownership opportunities to sell.
Role / Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing and maintaining an on-site presence including managing the show home and on-site sales office.
* Responsible for being the front facing first contact for prospective residents (both rented and sales) and for maintaining positive communication with potential residents and other stakeholders throughout the sales process.
* Confidently relay complex and detailed information to prospective residents and their families.
* Work closely with the local operational team to develop a new community and implement the localised community-marketing plan.
* Presentations to potential buyers off-site and to attend promotional events.
Candidate / Qualifications
* New Homes or traditional property sales experience.
* Excellent negotiating skills.
* Car owner.
* Able to work alone and on own initiative.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly computer literate, with experience of Microsoft (including Excel).
* Knowledge of issues affecting older people would be useful.
