Factory Manager – FMCG Manufacturing
Location: South
Salary: £100,000 – £130,000 + Executive Package
We are seeking an exceptional Factory Manager to lead a large-scale FMCG manufacturing operation. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing a site of 200+ employees, with full accountability for operational performance, culture, and long-term capability building.
The Role
You will take full ownership of factory performance, driving improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. A key focus will be developing and empowering your senior leadership team to build a high-performing, sustainable operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a workforce of 200+ through a strong senior management team
* Drive operational excellence across all manufacturing metrics
* Build capability at leadership level, coaching and developing senior managers
* Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Foster a high-performance culture with a strong focus on engagement and accountability
* Ensure best-in-class standards in safety, quality, and compliance
* Partner cross-functionally to align site performance with wider business objectives
About You
* Proven experience as a Factory Manager within FMCG manufacturing
* Strong track record of improving performance in complex, high-volume environments
* Demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing leadership teams
* Commercially astute with a data-driven approach to decision-making
* Resilient, hands-on leader with the ability to drive change and deliver results
* Experience managing large, multi-layered teams (200+ employees)
