Experience supporting children in KS1 or EYFS settings (school, nursery, or childcare)
A calm, positive, and consistent approach to support
Confidence delivering phonics, reading, and small-group interventions
Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
