Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with experience in marketing, PR and events to support MarGin. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has an interest in the arts and cultural sector and is enthusiastic about particiating in events happening in the arts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, discreet, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
MarGin was founded by Rachel Verghis in 2020, a former banker and a passionate art supporter. This London dry gin is inspired by the artist Mike Bouchet's project to recreate a perfume with the smell of the US dollar bill. It is cool, crisp and uncomplicated as a freshly printed white fiver which is to be savoured like a smooth single malt or fine Cognac. MarGin has proudly sponsored events in the Arts Sector such as those at the Serpentine Gallery, Dulwich Picture Gallery and Phillips Auction House.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support, including calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and travel arrangements
* Oversee and assist with the marketing strategies of MarGin, event sponsorships and ecommerce
* Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Oversee personal assistant tasks such as personal scheduling, appointments, household/vendor coordination, and ad hoc requests
You'll ideally have:
* Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, with exposure to marketing, PR and event coordination
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Proficiency in Office software, CRM management
* Interest in contemporary arts and culture

Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Knightsbridge and Belgravia
