Goodwin’s is a prestigious, family-run business with many years of experience across two established shops in Edinburgh. We are delighted to offer an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant at Goodwin’s Antiques.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver exceptional one-to-one customer experiences
* Maximise sales opportunities through attentive and knowledgeable service
* Maintain jewellery displays to a high standard
* Assist with the day-to-day housekeeping of the shop
* Work independently while also following management guidance
About You
* Friendly, personable, and customer-focused
* Able to take initiative and work proactively
* Reliable and able to follow instructions effectively
* Must be available to work Saturdays
Experience (Preferred)
* At least 1 year of retail sales experience
* Jewellery knowledge or experience
* Location: Rose Street, Edinburgh
* Hours: 5 days per week (Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00am–5:00pm) – 35 hours
* Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
