The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property anbated to join a friendly and supportive Cardiff based firm, working closely with local business owners and property investors. The commercial property team handles a varied and high quality caseload, including:
* Sale and purchase of freehold retail and industrial units
Landlord and tenant matters
* Sale and purchase of small businesses
Key responsibilities will include:

* Day to day management of a commercial property caseload

* Conducting matters on behalf of clients from против instruction through to completion
* Working collaboratively with local Cardiff Partners and team
