We're looking for motivated and empathetic individuals to join the team in an Alternative Provision (AP) and Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting, supporting pupils who have experienced barriers to learning, emotional or behavioural challenges, or trauma. Your background in youth work, mentoring, care, or support work makes you the ideal person to help students rebuild trust, regulate their emotions, and re-engage with education. This is a role for someone who believes in second chances, celebrates small victories, and understands that real change starts with connection. What You'll Do Build trusting, consistent relationships with pupils aged 11-16. Provide one-to-one and small-group support focused on emotional wellbeing, behaviour regulation, and self-esteem. Model calm and positive behaviour, helping students manage frustration and make better choices. Support teachers in creating structured, safe learning environments.
