CRG are looking for a Multi - Trader to work in Maidstone and surrounding areas across Medway. You also will need to have your own hand and power tools. You will be doing mainly 2nd fix Carpentry but some 1st fix too. Mainly refurb / renovation and maintenance work on residential properties. Role will include: * Some Carpentry works such as Hanging doors, Skirting, Architrave, etc * Bits of decorating. * Being handy at wet trades, such as plastering or plumbing would be a bonus but not compulsory. * Snag lists. The right multi trade carpenter will need to have strong experience in the industry and should ideally have a CSCS card.
