Project Integration Manager Location: Immingham (accommodation and transport costs covered if necessary) Salary: Up to £100,000 10% Bonus Duration: 2.5 - 3 years Capstone is proud to be working with one of the UK's largest transport operators with over 50 sites across England, Scotland and Wales. They have identified a need for a fixed term Project Integration Manager to drive forward project integration through the delivery phase of a major, complex infrastructure project in Immingham. The purpose of this role is to ensure optimal delivery of this specific major capital project. Through strong project integration management, the delivery of the project should be optimised throughout its lifecycle. This project will be delivered by the operator for the customer, who has specific needs to meet their functional requirements. This role will integrate both the operator's and the customer project team and is critical to ensure that the right decisions are made in the best interests of the project. Scope: The Project involves multiple stakeholders with distinct responsibilities. The Operator is leading the marine civil engineering of the jetty, with associated jetty landside infrastructure. The customer handles the topside process-related work for Ammonia. The contracts reflect these separate roles. The project requires careful planning, alignment, and coordination, especially for integrating topside piping with bottom-side structures. The Integration Manager will be a critical role ensuring project quality, safety, and efficiency. This role encompasses the integration of workstreams including development, design, manufacturing, and delivery. It will require unified planning, execution, and monitoring of each. Person Specification: Essential: Demonstrable experience working at a project director level on complex programmes of work, ideally in a JV or consortium leadership position, creating collaboration between multiple organisations resolving competing or conflicting objectives and drivers. Depth of understanding in multidisciplinary engineering planning and management, procurement, fabrication/manufacturing, construction, and commissioning A project management professional, ideally with experience gained in an EPC environment that includes marine construction / offshore fabrication and O&G/chemical topsides/pipelines.
