Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join the fantastic team in Bolton, BL5 1EE. This is an exciting, permanent and full time opportunity reporting into our General Manager on site and will assume responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant and front of house service.

A day in the life of a Hospitality Supervisor:
* To supervise the day to day running of restaurant
* Daily briefs
* Quality check controls
* Ensure complience
* Oversee set up of catering areas
* Support Hospitality Team on events
* Receive and deal with customer complaints appropriately and ensure compliments are shared with the team
* Manage and control purchasing for retail and vending
* Organise monthly stock count and conduct appropriate brand standard audits
* Help in the recruitment and retention of team members
* Identifies and supports team members who can and are willing to evolve their careers within Aramark
* Train new team members to learn procedures and brand standards for all general tasks
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
You'll be set up for success if you have:
* Experience in a similar role in a supervisor/team leader role
* Customer service focused & excellent communication skills.
* Enjoy working within a close knit team.
* Can work well under pressure.
* Excellent leadership skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
* A strong team player who has a can do attitude
