Asda Travel Money Advisor – Working primarily in Poole, you will support retail customers with foreign‑exchange services, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
 * Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel needs
 * Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador, being the trusted advisor for Travelex products and services
 * Engaging with customers to process all foreign‑exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
 * Delivering on key performance goals – procedural, operational and customer focused
 * Utilising your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
 * Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
Qualifications
 * Great Communicator – Talking and building relationships comes naturally; you are an active listener who understands people and their needs.
 * Desire to succeed – You have the drive and vision to want to make a difference, care about the impact you have, and the way you make people feel.
 * Clear reference check – You will be required to clear our reference check company standards as part of the onboarding process.

 * Salary: £13 per hour + Monthly Bonus
