Interim Senior HR Business Partner – Workforce Change & Restructuring
Rate: £600+ per day (PAYE)
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 1 day per week in office)
Duration: 6 months initially
Overview
We are supporting a leading financial services organisation who are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their Workforce Change and Restructuring function on an interim basis. This is a hands on delivery role for someone who has significant experience leading complex change programmes and is comfortable working at pace in a large, matrixed environment.
What the role involves
* Leading and supporting the HR workstream across a range of change programmes including restructuring, TUPE transfers, outsourcing, insourcing and new site set ups across multiple entities and geographies
* Managing the full lifecycle of change programmes from project initiation and due diligence through to consultation, implementation and communication
* Engaging and liaising with unions and works councils as part of workforce change activity
* Working closely with in country HRBPs, ER teams and specialist HR functions to deliver programmes
* Managing governance, risk and stakeholder engagement throughout
What we are looking for
* Strong and demonstrable track record of leading workforce change and restructuring programmes, this needs to be clear throughout your CV
* Experience managing union and works council consultations in heavily unionised environments
* Experience delivering change programmes outside of the UK
* Solid understanding of current employment legislation including TUPE
* Strong project and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working in a large, complex and highly matrixed organisation
* Confident with data and intermediate to advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups and data management
