What you’ll do
* Empower independence by assisting residents with daily routines and encouraging positive choices.
* Follow and support each resident’s care plan, providing thoughtful, hands‑on care.
* Monitor residents’ health, reporting concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager and supporting communication with families or healthcare professionals.
* Ensure residents feel valued and cared for in every interaction, championing dignity.
* Foster a warm, welcoming environment by encouraging social interactions.
* Collaborate with housekeepers to maintain clean, safe living spaces and respond promptly to emergencies or call bells.
* Assist residents with eating and drinking, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
* Bring joy and positivity to residents’ lives every day.
About you
* Qualifications: SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
* Experience: At least 6 months as a Care Assistant is ideal, but a passion for care and transferable skills are equally valued.
* Passion: Genuine interest in caring for the elderly and a commitment to excellent service.
