About the Role
Graduates for Pegasus Group’s 2026 Graduate Training Scheme, Full Time, Permanent, located in Cirencester office.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Infrastructure Engineer, you will work closely with the Infrastructure team to support the production of designs, calculations, and drawings for planning applications and construction across residential, retail, industrial, and commercial developments. You’ll contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, providing high‑quality advice and service.
Qualifications
* HNC or BEng Civil Engineering, or a related subject such as Geography, Maths, or Engineering.
* Logical and analytical approach.
* Great problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Ability to use initiative and think outside the box.
* Work experience in Infrastructure or Civil Engineering is advantageous but not essential.
Professional Development
We will support you to work towards chartered or incorporated status with relevant professional bodies such as ICE, CIHT, CIWEM.
Eligibility and Visa
Due to changes in Government legislation we are unable to fulfil the remuneration requirements for Graduate level, therefore we cannot accept applications from individuals who hold a Student or Graduate Visa. We continue to support colleagues at later stages in their career who require work‑sponsored Visas.
