Title: Sous Chef - Tottenham Hotspur Training Ground
Important this role will require overnight travel up to 20 nights per year)

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to join our team
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef to take a next step in their culinary career and to be a part of a business where who are OBSESSED about food and developing talent.
To travel to domestic and international hotels ahead of the Women's First Team train and travel to ensure the hotel set up is of the highest standard for the players. Including food and restaurant set up.
To work closely with Tottenham's nutritionists to ensure food production, standards, costs & menu planning are carried out in a timely fashion, as agreed with the Executive Head Chef.
To plan, prepare, cook and present food to the 5* standards that are set at the Tottenham training centre, The Lodge, in hotels and other food areas for our client's business.
To plan, prepare, cook the coach food for Players and Staff when travelling to and from all domestic and international matches.
To ensure that the Away team hotel is of the best possible environment for when the team arrives.
To plan, prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by the company and the client's nutritional team
To ensure that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers.
Food Preparation - prepare and cook dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the head chef; ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all time.
Station Management - oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station and upkeep your designated area with supplies and ensuring cleanliness in line with policies and procedures.
Quality Control - maintain high quality standards for all dishes, ensuring presentation and taste is considered at all times.
Coaching of junior chefs to support development.
Menu Development - collaborate with head chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement or innovation.
Cleaning and Maintenance - maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen including your designated area ensuring equipment is in good working order.
Proven experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
