Job Description
The HR Strategy Delivery Manager will partner with the Chief People Officer and HR Leadership Team to shape and prioritise the global HRL strategy, lead the coordination and tracking of strategic initiatives, and develop and maintain the strategic roadmap and delivery calendar for the HRL team.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with the CPO and HR Leadership Team to shape and prioritise the global HRL strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Lead the coordination and tracking of strategic HR initiatives across geographies and functions.
* Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap and delivery calendar for the HRL team.
* Facilitate decision‑making by preparing briefing materials, dashboards, and insights for the CPO and HR Leadership Team.
* Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CPO, providing clarity on priorities, risks, and opportunities.
* Manage the rhythm of the HRL function, including leadership meetings, off‑sites, and communications.
* Support stakeholder engagement with executive leadership, regional HRL teams, and external partners.
* Partner with the CPO and HR Leadership Team to develop and execute a strategic approach to AI adoption across the HRL function.
* Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, and digital tools into HR processes to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.
* Drive the evaluation, piloting, and implementation of AI‑enabled solutions such as talent analytics, chatbots, and intelligent workflows.
* Build AI fluency across the HRL team by designing enablement initiatives, training, and knowledge‑sharing forums.
* Champion initiatives that enhance morale, engagement, and connectivity across the global HR team.
* Design and deliver engagement activities, pulse surveys, and feedback loops to ensure the HR team feels valued and heard.
* Lead continuous improvement in HR processes, governance, and ways of working.
* Support budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor management as needed.
* Work closely with internal communications to raise the HR team’s profile through showcases and achievements.
Person Specification
Relevant Experience and Knowledge
* Proven ability to manage projects or programmes within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments, ideally with international scope.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, successfully balancing multiple priorities and projects.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and updates for senior audiences.
* Familiarity with HR strategy, employee engagement, and employer brand concepts.
* Experience collaborating with marketing or internal communications to deliver engaging campaigns and raise team profiles.
* Understanding of AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies, with the ability to identify and implement relevant innovations.
* Experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives within HR or related functions.
* Desirable: Background in professional services, law, or partnership‑based organisations; formal project‑management training (e.g. Prince2, Agile).
