Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: £70K + Package
The Role:
*
Manage mechanical building services projects from handover through to final completion.
*
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
*
Take full responsibility for safety, efficiency, cost control, and client satisfaction.
*
Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
*
Oversee daily site activities, managing Supervisors and site teams.
*
Lead procurement of labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors.
*
Ensure compliance with project contract terms, company processes, and health & safety requirements.
*
Produce, maintain, and update project programmes, monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
*
Provide accurate financial updates, support change control, and assist with applications for payment.
*
Attend design meetings, lead technical coordination, and ensure installation quality through to final handover.

The Ideal Candidate:
*
Relevant mechanical services qualification.
*
5+ years’ experience in a mechanical project management or similar role within building services contracting.
*
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
*
SMSTS Qualification.
*
Valid CSCS card.
*
Strong leadership and team management skills with mentoring ability.
*
Excellent communication, client-facing, and organisational skills.
