As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and customising applications that support large-scale digital transformation. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver high-quality solutions that improve user experience and drive operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing:
* Designing and customising ServiceNow applications, with a focus on ITSM and CSM
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
* Participating in Agile sprint planning and contributing to technical discussions
* Writing clean, efficient code and supporting production systems when required
* Upholding coding standards and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience developing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
* Strong knowledge of ITSM/CSM modules, workflows, Scripting, and configuration
* Background in Agile delivery environments, ideally with exposure to DevOps practices
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, user-centred approach
* Awareness of database design and/or CI/CD pipelines is a bonus
