* Conduct comprehensive social care assessments and reviews to ensure appropriate and timely interventions for service users.
* Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interest decisions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
* Participate in safeguarding activities and contribute to Section 117 reviews for service users transitioning into community settings.
* Apply knowledge of social care enablement to support individuals in maximising independence and improving quality of life.
* Utilise legislation and statutory procedures effectively to advocate for and protect vulnerable adults.
