We are recruiting for a Site Agent to join us here at Octavius, delivering an 18 month scheme in Banwell, North Somerset.

You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
* Ensuring you live the Octavius values and hold the Site / Project team to account to live by the same values.
* Manage the contract and agreed contract programme.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, company policies and procedures including the Octavius and customers' Governance process.
* Firmly adopting and embracing the principle that all of your people should go home safe, every day.
* Meeting teams and providing guidance and advice on correct processes both on and off site ensuring that we only employ processes that add value to your customers and people.
* Understanding of the project's financial position through regular and robust reviews with the commercial team.

About you…. (what you are skilled at)
* Good all-round highways, CDM and engineering knowledge with relevant experience in suitable disciplines..
* Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills, with an ability to manage actions simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality.
* Experienced at working with a tier one contracting group on infrastructure projects to include slab and kerb laying or general town centre and junction improvements.
* SMSTS competent.
* Good level of IT skills.
* Good level of programming and Conditions of contract (NEC, ICE, etc) knowledge.
