Child Protection Senior Practitioner
Location: Middlesbrough
Pay Rate: £27.56 per hour

Randstad are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Child Protection Senior Practitioner to join our team in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting thorough assessments of children at risk.
* Developing and implementing child protection plans.
* Working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
* Providing support and guidance to families.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Participating in regular supervision and team meetings.
Requirements:
* Significant experience working within child protection.
* Relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work).
* HCPC registration is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a demanding workload.
* A commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.
