You’ll work closely with the HR Director and senior leadership across the firm, acting as a trusted advisor on all things people-related. From handling high-stakes employee relations cases to coaching Partners and HoDs, you’ll bring strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and emotional intelligence to every interaction.
