Customer Assistant - Fashion, Home & Beauty - Bristol Cabot Circus. Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Clothing & Home section, where you'll champion stylish products, on-trend designs and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for passionate and fashion-forward individuals who are excited to dress the nation.
Work Pattern
Core shifts working between the hours of 8am-6pm, a full work pattern will be discussed at interview. You will be a brand ambassador ready to recommend our newest fashion items and deliver remarkable service so customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand needs, make recommendations and deliver exceptional service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and advise on products and services
* Utilise digital tools and communication channels to enhance the customer experience
