RESPONSIBILITIES

To support the Unit Team Leader (Residential) in the development and delivery of a quality and flexible service to residents. In particular, supporting the Unit Team Leader (Residential) in the day‑to‑day management of the establishment and deputy‑in their absence.

REQUIREMENTS

The grade of this post is Level 9 plus a Non‑Core (5%). The work style for this post is Frontline worker. The work pattern is 4 days over 7 including weekends and evenings.
