The Enterprise team deals with prospects and clients, managing their employee risk benefit policies via telephone, with most clients having smaller policies or requiring remote communication without face-to-face meetings.

The Role
The client management team handles prospects and existing clients, managing their employee risk benefit policies through telephone, Microsoft Teams, and occasional face-to-face meetings. The account manager's responsibilities include maintaining an existing client portfolio, handling new business inquiries, actively seeking growth opportunities, and maximizing product sales to meet annual business targets.
Responsibilities
* Conduct monthly pre-renewal, renewal, and mid-term calls with clients to secure contract renewals.
* Issue market reviews for contracts undergoing rate adjustments, providing tailored recommendations based on client needs and regulatory compliance.
* Identify and maintain contact with key decision-makers within each client organization.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as FCA, FOS, DPA, TCF, and complaints procedures.
* Generate sales leads proactively.
* Assess and recommend suitable products and services to meet client requirements while maintaining high service standards.
* Gather data during client interactions to identify opportunities for business development and contract expansion.
* Establish and nurture relationships with insurers and service providers.
* Stay informed about market developments and legislative changes affecting the industry.
* Accurately enter data into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Proven success in a similar role, with knowledge of the risk insurance industry preferred.
