Community & Operations Coordinator
THE ROLE
We are hiring a Community & Operations Coordinator to help keep the Cognify engine running.
This is an execution-focused role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys creating structure in fast-moving environments.
You’ll work closely with the founders and wider team to coordinate events, podcasts, community initiatives, operational workflows, and marketing activity.
You’ll play an important role in helping Cognify continue to grow its presence and initiatives while freeing up founder capacity to focus on client development, recruiting, and strategic growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate Cognify’s community initiatives including meet-ups and networking events
* Liaise with speakers to collect presentations, bios, and event materials
* Maintain and optimise meetup and event pages
* Coordinate venues, logistics, and after-party arrangements
* Create and distribute event marketing collateral
* Coordinate the operational delivery of podcast episodes
* Upload completed podcast episodes across platforms
* Organise and maintain podcast assets within Google Drive
* Coordinate with production partners and external contributors
* Generate short-form content and hook clips using AI tools
* Build and schedule marketing content for podcast promotion
* Own and maintain the Cognify marketing calendar
* Assist with website updates and content management
* Support LinkedIn reporting and performance tracking
* Support coordination of the Stacked Pathways mentorship programme
* Assist with contractor onboarding and compliance processes
* Help improve organisation, documentation, and process consistency across the business
CONTEXT ON THE ROLE
Cognify is now 3 years into our journey and has grown into a high-performing team of 10.
As the business has evolved, so has the scale of our community initiatives, content production, operational workflows, and brand activity.
Today, many of these initiatives are owned directly by the founders. While this has helped create a strong and authentic brand presence, we’re now looking for someone who can help operationalise and scale these activities to the next level.
This role is designed to:
* Create leverage for the founders
* Improve consistency and execution across the business
* Support the growth of our community initiatives
* Help ensure Cognify continues to operate at a high standard as we scale
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
* Cognify’s initiatives operate smoothly with significantly less founder involvement in day-to-day coordination
* Community initiatives continue to grow and maintain high engagement
* Content output becomes more consistent and scalable
* Operational workflows become more organised and reliable
* The founders are able to spend more time on recruiting, client development, and strategic growth activity
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
* Experience in operations, coordination, marketing operations, community management, events, or business support roles
* Experience working in a recruitment consultancy.
* Exposure to podcast workflows, content creation, or social media operations is beneficial
* Has used Canva and other marketing tools
* Organised Events, Podcasts and communities.
