The User Centred Design team use research and data to understand what users need, where things might be going wrong, and how to make services better. We are looking for someone to join the team as a Senior Service Designer to lead service design activities across the organisation.

You will work alongside a Senior User Researcher to design better services with the people that use them and the staff/partners who deliver them.
