In this engaging role, you will be key in supporting the social work team within the MASH, ensuring every child at risk is effectively safeguarded.
What you will do
* Supervise and support social work staff, ensuring adherence to statutory frameworks and best practice.

* Collaborate with partner agencies (police, health, education) within the MASH for coordinated safeguarding efforts.
* Lead multi-agency meetings and foster effective partnerships for better outcomes.
* Ensure cases are managed within statutory timescales, conducting audits and quality assurance reviews.
* Oversee the accurate completion of case records and reports, ensuring compliance with standards.
