Lead the future of partner marketing at Softcat
Reporting to the Head of GTM & Propositions, you'll lead our Partner Marketing function within a fast-paced, growing team. You'll drive strategic marketing plans with key alliance partners, delivering impactful go-to-market campaigns that support customer growth, strengthen vendor relationships, and help expand Softcat's reach in the market.
As Senior Partner Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for:
* Develop and lead the partner marketing strategy for key alliance partners, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
* Plan and deliver integrated joint go-to-market campaigns, including co-branded content and multi-channel activity.
* Own and manage partner marketing budgets, tracking ROI and campaign performance to deliver actionable insights.
* Shape and support the vendor engagement framework, ensuring effective collaboration and execution across partners.
* Represent the marketing function within partner QBRs, strategy sessions, and joint planning meetings with senior stakeholders.
* Lead and develop the Partner Marketing team, setting objectives, coaching performance, and building strong cross-functional relationships.
We'd love you to have
* Significant B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years focused on partner or alliance marketing (reseller/distribution experience preferred).
* Proven ability to deliver measurable results through joint marketing campaigns and strategic partner activity.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Excellent understanding of co-marketing best practices, MDF management, and partner ecosystems.
* Highly analytical and commercially minded, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Strategic yet hands-on approach, with the ability to work proactively, manage change, and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment.
